Global Domains International Inc Training Day

Last GDI Training DayLast GDI Training Day Today we tie everything together. Global Domains International Inc training finale… or is it?

Today is the final post in our Global Domains International Inc training series.  But please understand that your training never ends.  We laid some foundations together, but your journey is just beginning.

And speaking of beginnings, if you stumbled on this page and have not read the previous days… Do That Here.

So let’s take a step back and put it all together.  Take a look at the big picture.  And today let’s make a true game plan with full understanding.

If you keep your goals in mind, and you understand what you are doing and why, you just might stay consistent.  And if you stay consistent, if you grow your business every day, wow.

What have we gone over so far?  Number one, get the idea of selling out of your head for the most part.  Your job is to provide people with something they need or want.  This is what we call providing value.  If you are valuable to people, they will want to be around you.

And that’s a good thing because the more people are around you, the more they will like and trust you.  And if you consistently post about a specific topic, they will start to see you as an authority on that topic.

And you don’t even have to know anything about the topic!  You can simply share what you find about it.  In the process of learning and sharing, you actually will become an authority.  And people will seek you out.  And do what you say.  :)

Because if you do not focus on selling but instead focus on providing value, they will forgive the call to action.  They will forgive the ads.  And you know what?  You might be tired of hearing it, but it’s true.


People hate to be sold, but they love to buy.

And who do they buy stuff from?  People they know, like and trust.  Think about it, would you buy from Amazon if you did not like the way the site worked?  Would you buy from them if you had never heard of them?  And finally, would you buy from them if you did not trust them?

So, provide value first and foremost.  And when you do sell, do it in good faith.  Sell things to people that they need.  I like educational products like What’s Working Now because these are products that provide real value.  But even a freaking shoe has real value to the right person at the right time.

And speaking of offering things to the right people at the right time… who is the right person?  Who do you want to attract?  Who will understand you and what you are saying?  People like you.

This is why you really need to do something that you like.  Talk about something you like.  Make videos about something you like.  Post on social media about something you like.  Because this is something you are passionate about and that passion comes through.  And because it will be easier to stay consistent, especially if you already post stuff on that subject for fun.

Finally, by focusing on things YOU like, you will speak in a language that people just like you will understand.  And if they understand you, they will know, like and eventually trust you.

And if you do a little research and find good keywords, it will be so much easier and so much faster for you.  I mean, so much.

But we want people to find you.  Yes, you will be in several places like Facebook and Google+ and on forums or other blogs… But you need a home and a central place where people can find you.  And that is your WordPress site.

Everything you do points to your site.  Because that is where you will be funneling people.  And from there you will lead people to your offer.  So let’s look at the whole picture.  And it’s really not complicated…

1) Learn something about your topic.

2) Create content about what you learned.

3) Share your content.

4) Repeat.

That’s it!  Do this every single day and in time, you will step back and look at your blog and think, how did it get so nice?  And you will look at your commissions and think, how did they get so big?  It’s so simple!  And it is.  It really is.

Oh no, the Global Domains International Inc training posts may be over, but your journey is far from it.  I have learned more from this industry than I think in any other.  Gone through good and bad (really bad) times because of it too.  Oh, your journey is just beginning.

But at least you now know what to do!  It’s so very easy and really, do this every day.  If you don’t listen to me, listen to Mr. success Tyson Zahner.  Value -> Content -> Share

And add a little P.S. statement or some call to action at the end.  People will buy from you IF you provide value and give them something they want and need.  But make sure it’s something your readers really do need.  Because anything else will just not do.
